Famous CPH cafe. A bit overhyped and very overpriced, but the whipped butter and marscapone pancakes are worth it. Go to Nordhavn to avoid the queue in the city.
Alle Tiders
Hard to know which category to add this to – open all day! Very affordable, really really delicious.

DØP – Den Økologiske Pølsemand
You have to get a hot dog in Copenhagen, and this is the best hot dog stand – as confirmed by Norm.

Bar Vitrine
Sri Lankan food! No bookings and tiny, so can be hard to get into, but worth the wait.

Ved Stranden 10
Our favourite. Lots of different wines, just say what you like. Either sit outside on the dock or inside on the couches.
Rosforth & Rosforth
One of the best spots on a sunny day. Literally just a hole in the wall under the bridge.
Apero
A bit fancier, great wine selection and delicious snacks – see fried chicken waffles with caviar.

Kihoskh Bar
Good place for a drink, or go opposite to the Kihoskh shop, buy some drinks/snacks and sit outside on Sonder Boulevard
Bo-Bi Bar
Classic Danish bodega – cheap beers and smoking inside

La Banchina
A must go on a nice day. Bike ride or take the ferry. Go for a swim, have some wine, or a bun with cheese.
Nordhavn
A new area right by the water. Swim at Sandkaj or Stubkaj.
Louisiana Museum
North of Copenhagen, a beautiful modern art museum with a lovely cafe and a view of Sweden.
Dyrehaven
A big park north of Copenhagen, easily accessible by train. Features the worlds oldest theme park, Bakken, and the winter hunting palace. Also right next to a beach called Bellevue Strand.
Kings Gardens
Beautiful gardens. Go to the flower walk, see Rosenborg Castle, or get some smørrebrød at Orangeriet.
Walk around the lakes
Iconic Copenhagen experience.
Værnedamsvej
Known as the French street. Go to Granola for a milkshake, Helge’s for a sandwich or Le Trois Cochons to people watch
Jæggersborggade
Very cute street. Right near Assistens Kirkegaard, grab a coffee, some ice cream from Istid or look in the shops
Swim in the harbour
As soon as its warm! Try Nordhavn, Papirøen, Krøyers Plads, Islands Brygge or Kalvebod Brygge
